Below is a simple breakdown of our rules, how to win, and our policies .

  1. You MUST be 18 years old or older.
  2. Must be a UK Resident (or have a UK address).
  3. Employees, family member, or affiliates are not eligible.
  4.  You reserve the right to verify age and identity however if a prize is won the winner must provide identification upon collection or delivery.
  5. Maximum of 100 tickets per prize per person.
  6. Automated / bot entries are prohibeted.
  7. You may enter by post by telling us your contact information (telephone number or email address), which bike you would like to enter and how many tickets you’d like to buy with either cash enclosed within the letter or by providing card details so we can put the order through online on your behalf. The same odds will be given no matter how you submit your entry.
  8. Any entries must arrive before closing date.
  9. Draw will take place on the day stated on the prize page. Entries will close at 11.59pm on the night before and entires must be in before then or else the entry will be declared as invalid.
  10. Our draw will be chosen at random by a number generator, a failure to respond from the winner within 14 days will result in a redraw.
  11. Draws can be extended under the circumstances that less than 75% of tickets haven’t sold, we will notify you of this and offer a refund of your ticket if you wish to do so.
  12. All prizes will be won and under no circumstance do we hold the raffle and not go ahead without giving away a prize. Under the circumstance that the prize is somehow broken or not suitable for giving away we will contact you to settle on either another prize of at minimum the same value or settle for a cash alternative of the listed approximate worth.
  13. All information on the bikes is provided in the ‘Prize Details’ section of the prize pages. Any further questions you may have please do get in touch.
  14. Warranty is as stated on the prize page, warranty may vary and any issues without the warranty that you require us to fix will be charged for.
  15. These are second hand prizes so they are ‘sold as seen’ and we are only liable for any damages that are not shown in the pictured images of the bikes. Any damage shown is how the bike will be if you win.
  16. Delivery costs are provided by us to any UK address.
  17. ID is required on collection/delivery.
  18. Multiple accounts are prohibited and any users found creating multiple accounts will be disqualified from any draws.
  19. We are not liable for any downtime of this website or raffals website, any technical issues and payment issues are outside of our control and managed by a third party.
  20. Winners may be announced on Social Media (Given Permission) but no personal details outside the Users name will be shown on social media and photographs of the individual will only be shared with their consent.
  21. Users entering any competition agree to publicity unless they opt out.
  22. We reserve the right to cancel competitions, amend rules and substitute prizes of the same worth if circumstances deem it so.
  23. Lastly this website is strictly informational so any further queries on policies should be sought out via the raffal website and their policies.

How to Win

Below is our 3 simple steps for how to win one of our amazing prizes!

Go to our prizes page and choose a bike!

2.

Click Get Tickets → and choose and ammount on the Raffal site.

3.

Add to basket on raffal, follow through to Checkout and the simply wait to hear from us!
  1. When choosing a bike to buy tickets for please ensure that you are happy with your purchase before committing to it. Refunds are, in most circumstances, not applicable when buying any of our tickets – to hear more about this please find our Refunds Policy below.
  2. When you click “Get Tickets →” it will take you to our page on ‘raffal.com’ we use raffal to host the competitions and deal with all transactions for the tickets so you will be redirected to a different site. The site you are reading this from is purely an informational site so you can easily see all of the site available to buy tickets for, see lots of nice images and get all the information you require before deciding to go through with a ticket purchase.
  3. Once you’ve purchased a ticket all you need to do is wait. Whether you are fortunate enough to win or unfortuantley loose we will send you an email updating you on ther results. Tickets close the night before the draw so please ensure any final tickets you would like to purchase are done so the night before the draw to ensure your entries for that prize. If you didn’t get lucky this time around be sure to sign up to our newsletter to hear all the updates on new sites you could potentially win!
